Yet again, I think it is important to take the opportunity to send a quick note to say "Thank You" for the excellent service! As you know, this was the second time in as many months that I have counted on your company for transporting my vehicle across the US. Having arranged the first transport while I was stationed overseas, I was a bit nervous with the possible outcomes but your support for those of us serving our country overseas is outstanding and proved my nervousness unfounded. Of course, it went so well, that when I was unexpectedly transferred to another location, a quick e-mail was all it took to get my vehicle sent north. Your customer service is second to none and the shippers you use are outstanding. They not only took the time to ensure a safe shipment, their personality, honesty and rapport building made the entire process seamless. Rest assured, the next time I need a vehicle shipped, I'm sending an e-mail!

Would like to thank you for your excellent service on transporting my Ford Ranger truck to Boca Raton, Florida for my son. Your service was far quicker than expected and efficent to say the least. It was delivered a day earlier than I had anticipated. I spent over 25 years in the trucking business,  coast to coast until my retirement from that career in 1994. Your driver did a great job, although I know he could not have gotten any or very little sleep from here to there. When I finally decided to ship my car, I was inundated with offers from
many companies.  The range of quotes, long contracts and the different
fees for different dates was really daunting and made me want to
reconsider.  I also realized that with most companies I may be waiting
for up to a month before they could ship my car and that you would have
to be on call for pick up.  It seemed most all companies wanted to
charge you extra for narrowing down the pick up window.

I'm so glad that I chose American Auto.  First, the quote they gave
me was very reasonable and one of the lower ones I received. It was
such a competitive rate, I was worried it was too good to be true.  But
it was the final rate! What they quoted me was what I paid!  That was
the total cost and there were no hidden fees. 

I really appreciated working with Dianne, who was very trustworthy
and prompt.  She really made the whole process easy and effortless for
me. She was straightforward and really I can't speak highly enough of
her.  American Auto picked up my car within a couple of days and didn't
charge me extra even though I have no doubt other companies would have.
The carriers I dealt with were friendly too. I'd highly recommend this
company and should I ever need to transport another vehicle I would use
this company.

Hi Dianne,
My car arrived in tip top condition Sunday night and I just wanted to thank you for making my first experience with auto shipping such a pleasant process. The shippers who delivered my car couldn't have been more professional or personable and I would absolutely recommend their services again.

The only small snafu involved paying the balance by credit card which Amex no longer does. It would have been helpful to know this before, (especially on a Sunday night!). However, the shippers were trusting and flexible and I was able to straighten things out with Georges the next day.

Again, many thanks for all your assistance. i am already recommending your company to friends!
